Athletics at LREI

Our Athletics Program inspires students to challenge themselves while underscoring the values of cooperation, sportsmanship and responsibility. In keeping with our school’s philosophy, athletics at LREI aim to help students grow into well-rounded, confident athletes who are comfortable taking risks. We are proud of our LREI Knights for being strong competitors and gracious winners.

LREI Athletics believes it is essential to the physical and mental well-being of our students that we return to physical activity and athletic competition. We also know that the timing and nature of our return to physical activity and competition is impossible to predict at this time.

To reconcile these facts, we are working with coaches, school administration, and national and state organizations to come up with the best, safest, most fun LREI Athletic program that we can offer for next year.

To sign up for a Fall sport, please email Athletic Director Peter Fisher (pfisher@lrei.org). The Athletic Department will provide you with information about the fall season as it becomes available. Pre-season practices will start on August 19.

Make sure complete all of the necessary/required forms that are accessible via Magnus, including getting the annual physical. Students will not be permitted to participate in High School Athletics if their health forms are not up to date prior to August 19.  All students participating in a fall sport must also fill out the Athletic and Medical Forms (found on Magnus).
