Art this quarter has been really fun. Some things I’m really proud of are my canopic jar, and my shwabti. We made them for the Egyptian Tomb. They were really fun to make because I really like working with clay. I glazed mine twice. I used an under glaze which added the color and the over glaze was green but in the kiln it becomes clear and smooth. The picture below is of me carrying my shwabti and canopic jar to the kiln after I over glazed it. There is also a picture of my shwabti  and canopic jar.

I also really enjoyed working on the other things for the Egyptian Tomb like the entrance and the obelisk. I’m also really proud of my tomb painting. I’m proud of it because it took me a lot of effort because I had to write the hieroglyphs and it is actually a lot harder than it looks.
