“ They are like that. One must not hold it against them. Children shouldalways show great forbearance toward grown-up people.”

Here saint Exupery shows that he understanding and won’t hold it against adults that they do not believe or understand kids. Page 18-19

In this quote it shows that the little prince stubborn and will expect that you answer him when he ask you a question. Page 26

In this quote it shows that the Little Prince cared so muchabout keeping this flower safe that he cleaned out the volcanoes on his planet page 32

Here it shows that the king is proud of the fact that he is a king over everyone and thing. Page 35

“It does me the good of making me rich.”

In this quotes shows that the businessman is only concerned with getting money.

“As the little prince watched him, he felt he ‘loved this lamplighter who was so faithful to his orders.” Here it shows that the lamplighter was faithful to his orders and even though he was tired he kept going. Page 50

 

The geographer from asteroid 330: Educated

“A geographer is a scholar who knows the location of all the seas, rivers, towns, mountains, and deserts.”

This shows that the geographer is well educated because he is a scholar. Page 54

 

The Fox from earth: Loyal

“…But if you tame me, then we shall need each. To me, you will be unique in all the world.” THis shows that if the fox trusts you or is “tamed” he will forever be loyal. Page 66
