My style is dubstep. I chose my style because I like listening to dubstep and thought it would be cool to compose a piece in the style. My style has a lot of bass drops, random melodies, and loud fast drumbeats. It has been hard composing my piece because noteflight is not in my opinion, designed to handle dubstep. So I have been doing my best to make my piece sound like a decent dubstep piece with the resources that are available to me.

Quarter 1 Music Song
This is my song that I have been working on in class. In order to create my song I used a website called soundtrap. At first I did not feel comfortable using the software because I was so used to our old software, noteflight. Then Matt taught me how to export parts from noteflight and import them into my soundtrap file. This helped a lot. As you may be able to tell by listening to it, it is not done. I will probably have one or two guest artists come and play in one of the sections. Hopefully this project will be a success and with that, enjoy.
Brutal Beethovan
This is my second musical composition. I am very proud of it because my last composition’s name was Mozart Massacre. My piece is very melodic and family based. It is being played by an orchestra in portugal soon. Listen for instrumental family melodies and for interesting background parts.
