Review on Making My Website

Making my website was really interesting because it taught me how to code. Now I know how to break text, (<br>) make a paragraph, (<p>) how to add an image, (<img src>=) and I know to add a hyperlink, (<a href=). I found making my website a little bit challenging at first, since I ran into some problems, but then I got the hang of it after I learned a little bit more about coding. I would definitely want to code again some time because coding was a really good experience. Here is my website if you want to check it out.

An app that I really like

I really like animages app called Swackett. It is an app that shows you the weather and what to wear. If it is cold, it might suggest to wear some winter boots and a coat. This is really nice because it prevents you from going outside and being to cold or hot. You will always be dressed for the weather!

4 Things I Hate About NYC

Here are 4 things that I hate about NYC:

1. I don’t like how polluted the air is when you are around cars. They should make a car that does not pollute the air. It is hard to get fresh air.

2. I don’t like it when people bump into me a lot when I am really anxious to get somewhere. They might be in a rush, but I wish they would say excused me.

3. I don’t like it when people spit out their gum on the sidewalk. It always gets stuck on my shoes and then I track gum around the house.

4. I don’t like it when there are no more taxis on a cold rainy day. I am always so cold and I really don’t like the subway because it is not very close to my house.

My Improved Toothbrush

This is a model of a toothbrush that I made in D-lab. It is a regular toothbrush, but there is a button that you can press that makes toothpaste come out of the bristles. There is also a little button at the middle of the brush that you can have a little bit of water while you are brushing your teeth. There is also a little roll of floss inside the brush so the dental floss comes out of the bottom. I hope you liked my amazing invention that makes toothbrushing way more convenient

Homework Planner Reflection

A couple of days ago, in D-lab, we looked over homework planner ideas and we discussed what we liked and what we didn’t like. I really liked an idea that someone had where we would put a different person’s planner page in every week. I liked that idea because it gives everybody a chance for their planner pages to be in the homework planner. For the cover of the homework planner, I really liked the idea of the cover being simple. I was not crazy about the idea of getting to draw your own cover because I am a really bad drawer. I hope you liked my ideas.

Homework Planner Ideas

Today, in tech, we were thinking about how we should design our planners. My partners and I thought that maybe we should fill the cover of the planner with emojis. One emoji for a different class. We would make some emojis big and some small so that it would sort of look like a collage. I hope you like our idea!
