This is my venn diagram. We created venn diagrams that organized different kinds of polygons. We have worked a lot with polygons this quarter. We have categorized most of all the kinds of polygons.

My Spaceship Earth
This is my Spaceship Earth. It is designed in a way so that a bunch of people can survive for 20 years in a deep space voyage. In the crew cabin I have created several different beds that people can sleep in. I have created a kitchen with many different stoves sinks and refrigerators. These will help to crew stay alive so that they can cook food get water and keep stuff refrigerated. In the living room I have created a giant sofa bed so that if people get tired they can just lay on the giant sofa bed. I also added two over sized toilets, There is a hammock in between them because if your bored and you want to swing or don’t feel like laying on the sofa bed then you can swing in the hammock! On the third floor I have designed ways to recycle solid and liquid waste and CO2. I have used a room with lots of plants so that all the carbon dioxide we breathe out recycles straight through the plants. I also have another room filled with live stock and lots more plants and trees. For no apparent reason (except for the reason that I like pie) I have a whole room filled with pie. I don’t know why it looks cool and it also tastes good. I have another room filled with crickets and I can just pop some vegetables in there and the crickets will become big and fat (just a tip for when you eat LIVE crickets or and other kind of insect, bite the head of first or else it will bite your tongue and trust me it hurts!) I have one room filled with water and two big buckets to represent the evaporation systems we made in class. I have an idea that all the water that evaporates, condensates, and precipitate will filter into all the places it is needed like the toilets, sinks, and animal areas. I have one lat room that represents the compost. I have I big bucket so that I can put all the compost in there and they can be broken down an re-used. The one thing that I think that I can do is have all the non compostable things go down one shoot and all of it can be melted and reused and in another shoot it could have all the compostable stuff go up to the buckets to be broken down and re-used. On the third floor I have no idea why but I just put in a bunch of cool cars and called the floor race track. What??? I couldn’t think of anything else! We were in the forest. The tall trees towering over us. Julien threw a rock at the tree and said, “Why do we have to collect these? Can’t we do something fun?” I thought to myself, “I’m hungry I wish we could have lunch again.” We looked around in the forest to get some more rocks.
We were at horse camp and we had to collect big rocks from the forest and stack them so we would make a giant compost for horse doo-doo and for earthworms. In the forest it was special because these are two of my best friends. I still think about this because I have now known one of them since I was born, and the other when I was two. So we had known each other for a while and we had become really good friends.
(Flashback)
The first time I was at horse camp I was two years old I met my friend Julien. (Yes he is the one in our class.) I became really good friends with him over time. Then after summer was over I realized I was going to the same preschool as him, and then we were going to the same elementary and middle school! We have been best friends all along. Anyways I was back at horse camp clinging onto my sister. I was really shy because I didn’t know anyone. When we split up into groups to do an activity I was in a group with Julien and Claire, and other people. At least I knew Claire. We talked with each other and as we knew it we became good friends.

When I was in lower school I looked forward to science class and other classes. But I was really looking forward to science because I knew that Dan was and excelent teacher and I am really interested in science. I fell that it is good to have great teachers for all different classes.
Personally I was nervous about the new kids that were coming to the school and what they would be like, and if I would make friends with them, would they not like me,etc. I feel a lot better about it because I made friends with them and they seem to really like me and I am excited for new people next year.
I am still kind of nervous of if I’m going to be in Math Seminar because I think that I could be in it, and if I’m not in it people might make fun of me or something. I could make my self less nervous by talking to a parent or teacher about it.
I am excited to do a very hard math problem with a group of people. I think personally that I work well with groups especially in math. I also want to use fire or something dangerous in science. I am also excited for the people to play my and other people’s peices in music.

This is my first composition. I chose these instruments because I thought they sounded good together.
Math Population Of The World Graph
I decided to make my graph this shape because after you told us more information Marlowe and I had to change our idea. I thought that it was kind of weird that at one point the graph just shot up.
Chronological
On friday we did an activity where we got some random notecards that had different time periods. then we had to put the notecards in chronological order without looking at our learning logs. I think that we had some problems when were thinking about when they were so we put the ones that had to do with humans on the side until we sorted the other ones. We learned that it can be hard to work in groups with people that have different ideas.
Atom Project
This is my atom. I think it looks like an atom because I have seen some atoms before this project. (I didn’t do any research.) I thought it was exciting because you might know or have noticed that I am very into computer things, and I have used tinkercad before to make 3-d printing. So I was excited to get my tinkercad acount.

I noticed that some of the graphs have dots and some don’t. I was wondering on B how do you know when to stop for six seconds? Can graphs be different but still both accurate? I think that it is weird how one of the graphs goes higher up than the others in the same letter.
