In science we were studying how much of each food group we should eat in a meal. We estimated how much grain, protein, dairy, fruit and vegetables we ate. One was 2 weeks ago, the other was of last week.
I think we improved a little in the after. We still eat way to much grain and vegetables, but we’re doing good with protein and fruitsand dairy. I think to improve we all need to eat less a lot less grain and vegetables, and more fruit and dairy.
