Math Home Work Reflection

This quarter in math there was a lot of home work. It ranged from a few problems to 3 pages but never he less it was homework. I think that from the beginning of the year my home work has improved a lot. Like on the home work i am about to talk about I got four 4’s three 3’s. On my attention to detail grade I got a 4.

This homework was an example of one of the larger home works we have. It was page 40-42 in our unit book “frogs fleas and painted cubes.” In this home work we were working on transferring quadratic equations from factored from to expanded from and vice versa. On the other part of the home work we had to find the X intercept(s) and the Y intercept as well as the minimum and maximum point and line of symmetry. I was not well versed in how to find the minimum or maximum point but I studied so for our test today I was ready. Over all I feel like I did very good on this homework and that I will continue to do good work from now on.

My game for math

Rules for 26:

This is a 2 player game where you have to collect all 52 cards. There are 2 decks of 26 and if you collect all the cards you win .This game is a lot like War. Which ever card is higher than that card wins. But there a trick if one of the card is a factor of 52 (it will say on the back on the card) then that beats any number. If they are both factors than the one that is higher wins.

Ex. say I had an 8 and 2. 2 would win because it is a factor of 52 and 8 is not. but if I had a 2 and a 13 than 13 would win because they are both  factors of 52 but 13 is higher so it wins.
