What have you discovered about your process, your habits?

For the past weeks, I have been meeting with two musicians, Talor Steinberg and Chris Crocco, who are my current and former music teachers respectively. I have been showing both of them my work and progress projects every week, meeting at two separate times weekly, and taking notes on their constructive criticism. However, we spend most of our time discussing the music theory of songwriting. This is fairly different from my original vision, which was to learn about songwriting before writing music and not while writing music, however I feel as though this way has made the process much more enjoyable and has made it easier to implement what I learn into my music.

At this point, I still have not gotten the experience to distribute music myself, however I have become fairly familiar with the process of music distribution through videos and readings.
