This summer I got a job working at a restaurant. The restaurant is called The Halifax, and is located in the W Hotel.  As hostess, I greet customers and record the number of the customers. With every table I seat, interact with, and greet I constantly think: how can I best meet the customers needs? This question is truly the core of marketing. All of my actions with customers are marketed and made with selling our service in mind. With my senior project, I find myself in a very similar position. At TOP, with every graphic, comment, post, tik tok, and presentation I am thinking, how can I attract the most customers? How will this increase our engagement? Which caption will get the most likes? Akin to my restaurant job, my decisions are made with the customer and profit in mind.
