Stella Propp- Journal Week 4

This week has been very productive. I started off the beginning of the week with a nice cohort meeting and check-in with Tom. For the rest of the day and the next, I worked on the travel coordination for the girls that were chosen by the Hunter Circuit Foundation to spend time in Wellington, FL (the hub of horse competition) and compete. I arranged their flights, living accommodations, and daily activities leading up to the competition. It was a lot and took a ton of time, but I am really excited for these girls and hope all goes well.

To break up my week, I baked A LOT. I did the usual filling website orders and I also made a lot of new treats for my upcoming horse show. Horse shows are a great place to sell our treats and we usually make a lot of money. So that being said, the more treats I get ready now, the more money we can actually make at the show!

For the rest of the week aside from catching up on senior project blog things and my timesheet log, I had my first few entrepreneur zoom meetings! These were all conducted via zoom with various entrepreneurs in different lines of work. They went really well and I learned A LOT. Everyone was so nice and open/vulnerable about what they shared with me. There are a bunch more meetings next week, but these were great.
