Henry Boone – Critical Reflection #4

One of the biggest sources that have helped me throughout this project is YouTube, and specifically GYM BODY MOTIVATION and Scott Herman Fitness. Both of these channels are filled with specific workout plans, How-To’s, tutorials, and any type of questions I have run into throughout this project. For example, the whole idea of being fit relies on some type of schedule/routine and to create my own schedule and routine I basically used both of these YouTube channels.

 

The second recourse that I have used a lot is the book I am reading throughout this project: Bigger Leaner Stronger by Michael Mathews. This book tackles everything involving the fitness and weightlifting industry and gives the Do’s and Don’ts, so I don’t have to make the same mistakes. While my other source kind of gives me the opportunity to find the answer, this book gives me a lot of the answers to many of the questions I had while starting this project.
