My first source was a website that helped create a step-by-step “how to create a business plan for a non-profit organization”. This makes me want to make one with some of my spare time. The purpose of creating one is to make a clear, complete roadmap for the organization at hand. “When your plan is complete, questions such as “what goals are we trying to accomplish?” or “what is the true purpose of our organization?” should be clear and simple to answer.”

My second source is about how COVID-19 has affected businesses and what its impact really was. This has not only interested me but took a toll on this treat business and lowered our sales. When our sales were lowered, we had less money to donate and therefore we couldn’t help as many people which was really frustrating and upsetting. Reading this article as well as the different opinions and perspectives on COVID-19 was almost reassuring to see that people felt the same way, but there were also a lot of different opinions on the matter that I did not expect.

I really like this critical reflection and I am going to continue to do interesting research for the remainder of senior project!
