The first official week of Senior Project could not have been better for me. Having all of this time to devote to one project truly makes all the difference.

I spent a lot of my week mending the AJCS Treat website as well as baking, decorating, packaging, and shipping out all online orders. For the other hours spent on this project, I focused a lot on PR and how I could gain more press for my business. After a lot of brainstorming, I came up with an idea: an AJCS Treats ambassador program. I would recruit riders from all over the U.S. to advertise for my business and spread the word via social media, in-person, etc.

I did just that. I created an in-depth ambassador application and got just over 100 of them. Out of those 100, I chose 35 amazing ambassadors. I had two zoom meetings with them to discuss my expectations for them with these positions, thank them for all that they did to apply and all that they potentially will do, and I got to know them a bit better.

So far so good. I have gotten a lot of online orders from the ambassadors themselves as well as from people who have not purchased from us in the past. I am really excited about what’s to come with this new program:)
