What do you know?
I have always in the back of my mind wanted to do more than just practice with the team I am playing for, but always lacked motivation and created excuses not to do it. Using this project, I have been able to create a plan for myself for working out, some meal planning, and even my sleep schedule to see how it is really benefiting me.
What I don’t know
I think the whole basis of my project is kind of learning about my body as I go. I also don’t know what will happen during the project. I might not have the motivation to work out some days or have a lot of cravings the next.
