Here are the main goals that I have for myself that I want to achieve during this project. Constantly having these goals in mind it will help me stay and track and meeting with different professionals will me to attack these goals in different ways.
- Run 2 miles in under 12 minutes
- 300 Yard Shuttle in under 1 minute
- Improve my mental health
- Improve my energy throughout the day
- Improve my diet

Morning:

1st workout: morning run

Evening:
Epsom Salt Bath
