Throughout this project, I plan to create a youtube channel and have weekly vlogs reflecting on my progress. The vlogs will include my daily routine, along with the recording of my interviews with these professionals (should they allow it.) It will also include my strength training sessions and cardio workouts. I plan to record my exercises along with weights and equipment. This can help me with my motivation and will be a way for me to mark my progression and development through the project. I will also use the Stat Sports GPS athletes performance tracker which compiles data illustrating my progress on the soccer field. The device tracks performance with 16 metrics including max speed, total distance, sprint distance, intensity, and fatigue.
