For our project, we will spend the majority of our  time doing hands-on activities around the city. Most days will be spent going outside and exploring museums, restaurants, tourist attractions, businesses, etc. At each business, interviews will be conducted with willing store owners and workers, and we will take photos and make observations at each site. We plan to switch off who conducts the interview and who is recording each time. For the first week, we will start with museums. There are so many small galleries and larger museums around the city for us to visit, hopefully 1-2 each day. After a day of visiting museums, we will return to document what we learned and saw on our blog that we will create. After museums, we will do restaurants, and then smaller businesses and so on. We will also be doing deeper research on our own on statistics and how the pandemic has affected the city to also include in our blog.
