Over my Senior Project, I hope to achieve these goals:
At the bare minimum, I will read and compare two books. One describing contemporary Eastern morality and ethics, one describing contemporary Western morality and ethics. This is in order to gather sufficient information to interview at least one person, and turn that interview into an informational podcast.
Ideally, I would be able to read four books. This will enable me to get a better idea of a collective belief, rather than just one person’s writing. Additionally, I would like to have multiple guests for my podcasts. I’m hoping for three interviewees.
I would interview my guest(s) over Zoom, in order to record the audio. I’ve had practice over the past year with producing podcasts. I’ve familiarized myself with recording techniques, both through Zoom, and with an external mic. I will be editing whatever I end up recording in LogicProX, a digital audio workspace. I plan on ending up with 30-60 minutes of polished material.
