Essential Questions: What are the best ways to impact and improve sports performance? How can a change in my eating and living habits affect my daily life?
In this project, I hope to explore and find ways that have a positive impact on my sports performance. I want to look into certain ways to alter what I eat, improve my stamina, and overall physical strength. Focusing on my nutrition will not only help kickstart my physical fitness, but it can also improve me mentally. For my stamina, I would focus on running miles as well as running intervals(jog, sprint, jog, sprint). I am also interested in conducting interviews with Athletes, Coaches, and Trainers to learn about their habits and what keeps them fit. In COVID times I think this project is still feasible because a lot of what I will be doing is from my house, and what is not can be done in a socially distanced manner.
