Lia Perry Wiggins Initial Plan draft

In my senior project I want to work for 7 hours a day. Each month will be dedicated to a different form of visual art. One will be painting, the other drawing, and the third sculpture. I will also consider 3d art, etching, wood cutting prints, ink, and watercolor. As well as acrylic and oil with a heavy emphasis on oil.

How can time change ideas and quality of work?

How can art transcend into the spiritual and ideological ideas?

How can we rectify our lapse between the mental and physical world. How can I bridge the gap?

I am curious to discover how setting stricter boundaries for myself will impact my work and the progression of new ideas I will address the question of time in equals evolved craft and thought

It is very feasible as covid requires a certain amount of indoor necessity. That being said I can bring my work to the park to practice life drawing and plein air.

I want to become much more proficient at life drawing and drawing the figure with an ability to capture body language to convey the form as well as to convey an emotion.

Should i incorporate music writing or poetry or movie or books plays, philosophy, quotations, text,

Should I practice doing pastiches?

Should i explore with painting with thread (Cayce Zavaglia)

How should I bring myself into the work?

How do I make a separation between myself and the work? Should I make one at all?

What guidelines should I follow?

I think I should make a 7 hour a day time for me to work, whether that is spent curating or setting and cleaning up.

Maybe I can work in collaboration with other artists and bounce ideas and share work.
