After completing the diagnostic on Purpose Match, it was clear to me that I tend to take control and keep my group on task. Although a lot of the information in my report I already knew about myself I never really thought about the ways I might need to step back. I think that my strengths are going to not just benefit myself during senior project but whatever group I am in however I thought alot about how maybe some of my other peers might have an idea and maybe are not comfortable expressing it. My goal for senior project is to make sure that everyone is heard and ideas are seen.
