I want to use my 4 top strengths, especially connection and strategy. I want to use connection as I am at my best when I work with others. I also want to use strategy to make a detailed plan. I also like the idea of focusing on spreading a culture with others/ cross cultural engagement. I can talk about how hip hop relates to Black and Latino identities or I can talk about my own culture in a dance video.
