-TBAS Essay full draft number 1. This will be graded, must include an introduction and three forms of resistance and a conclusion.
– Continue reading your Civil War independent Book and look forward to due date for letter 3 on Thursday 12.
-Write a sentence for ALL vocabulary words in chapter 4 Lincoln. You have already defined these words and now you must write sentences as this will be on the quiz.
Due Thursday:
1) Civil War Independent Letter #2. Two copies must be printed – one for me and one for your partner.
2)H1N1 release form due tomorrow.
3) Have your ESSAY Intro, Paragraph 1-3 in class ready to work on! No conclusion is necessary yet.
Due Wednesday:
1. TBAS ESSAY: Draft of Introduction, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3. You should use the packet we started in class as it helps to write down each section of each paragraph.
2. Continue reading your Civil War Independent Book – Letter #2 is Due on Thursday.
3. For writing workshop – have an entry in your writer’s notebook about the topic that you chose last week in class.
Due Tuesday:
1. Complete the first draft of your TBAS introduction and body paragraph 1. This should be completed on the paper worksheet. For some of you, you are writing the essay on a computer. In that case, you must follow the guidelines that the paper worksheet provides for you.
2. Complete and turn in Lincoln Chapter 4 questions and vocabulary. You will have a quiz on a date TBA.
