Video Project deadlines: 

1. email me your topic no later than 8 PM tonight at: shahn@lrei.org

2. For tomorrow, show me your 10 verb infinitives AND the 3 conjugations of each one (tu, vous and nous form in the IMPERATIVE tense that we discussed in class today). 

You can email them to me NO LATER than 4 PM or show them to me during lunch or recess. You will have to find me!

3. By Friday at noon, show me your French list of vocabulary needed for your skit. See yesterday’s blog for clarification.

4. First draft of dialogue is due at the beginning of class on Monday, so this is your weekend homework.

Verbs and vocabulary due tomorrow at the beginning of the class.

Come to class prepared with your 10 verb infinitives, all 3 forms of the Imperative for each verb (see today’s class notes that you wrote down) and be ready to add vocabulary tomorrow. Think about the items that you will be using for your “task” (spoons, plates, ingredients, sports equipment, etc.) and you will use dictionaries to work on the French version.

Textbook: Finish activities 9 and 10 on p. 110, and bring owed work from today if you need to complete it.

Keep studying for your test! National French Contest is also coming up.

1. Video version of your skit uploaded and edited and viewable on the server by the time we have class on Friday of this week.   We will share with the class. I will need a final copy of your typed and printed written version handed in as well.

2. National French Contest on Monday during class. It may trickle into your next class for 5-10 minutes. I will take care of   that. I will pick you up from PE no later than 9:00 and we need to be walking back no later than 9:05 so that we can start by 9:15.

3. Your Unit Test is on Tuesday of next week

4. We will go out to celebrate all of your hard work on Thursday! Details to be announced soon.

In the textbook, complete complete activities 4 and 5 on p. 115. Finish p. 112 if you did not do it all in class today.

Your Passe Compose Test is this Friday. Keep studying the past participles of the regular and irregular verbs conjugated with AVOIR, as well as the verbs conjugated with ETRE.

For next time, complete C and E in chapter 11, Un Ete.

Irregular and regular verbs will also be included. Know how to conjugate and use the following verbs in sentences:

ALLER, VENIR, AVOIR, ETRE, FAIRE, and regular -ER verbs in both the present and future proche tenses.

For tomorrow, complete p. 141 in the petit cahier.

Final uploaded skits are due by Friday (extensionof 2 days!) but no late projects will be accepted under any circumstance!!!

If you did not have one ready, you must share on Thursday. Some points will be taken off for lateness.

2. In the textbook, do the following:

* Complete activities 2 and 3 on p. 38. Write out the exercises.

* Read pages 44 and 45. Pay attention to new vocabulary.

*Write out activity 2 on p. 46.
