1. Read Night pages 66-84 and answer questions on handout.

2. Bring in your biography and 3 OTHER sources tomorrow. Most of you only have one other source, so you are to find these sources tonight!

3. Bring a lap top if you have one. We will begin writing your bio sketch tomorrow in class and the computer lab is booked. If you don’t have one, you can hand write, which can actually be preferable when writing creatively.

O n g o i n g

1. Dream Flag--designs are past due. You should have begun penciling your work on to the cloth that you have already taped to the board. If not, then you will need to catch up on this tomorrow!

2. Each 8th grader will write a Moving Up speech. It is required. Your speech should be 1-2 pages typed and is due Tuesday, June 4.  You will have other work, so do get started on this now!
