A: I don’t want to make light of this by just telling you not to worry because obviously, that won’t be very helpful. I recommend you talk to someone you’re close to about it, someone who you think can help, like your parents or guardian, a close friend, a teacher you are close to, your advisor, whoever you are comfortable talking to. LREI also has a school psychologist that can help, and you can talk to her privately.
If it is seriously affecting how you perform in school you should get help.
