I hope this email finds you all well.
As some of you may know, Wyatt and I work quite closely with an organization called Little Essentials. We previously spoke about our experience with Little Essentials in the Community Service Assembly. Just to refresh everyone’s memory, Little Essentials is an organization that works with at-risk families living in poverty who are in need of children’s supplies and parenting education.
Right now, there is an extreme shortage of diapers, wipes, and hygiene items. All of those items are essential supplies that are not backed by any government programming. At-risk families depend on organizations like Little Essentials for necessary items.
So, how can you help?
Donating to Little Essentials: Click here to be redirected to a donation page for Little Essential’s COVID-19 Crisis Relief fundraising. Right now, donations are crucial!
Clothing Donations: If you’ve got any younger family members, now is a great time to dig through some of their old clothing! Little Essentials is NOT accepting donations right now. However, when their donations open back up, be prepared to donate some children’s clothes (only up to ages ~5, newborn/baby clothes accepted)! You can swing by their TriBeCa warehouse (15 Warren St, New York, NY 10007, below TriBeCa pediatrics) to drop off donations when they open again.
Thank you all so much. If you are able, help support Little Essentials right now!
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or Wyatt with questions.
All the best,
Ciara and Wyatt
