Lily-2/22/09-New Museum

I was able to finally get in touch with Cook and Fox Architecture. They are willing to give us a tour on Friday that 27th at 3pm. This weekend I walked by the New Museum on Bowery, and they had an exhibition called Modern China or something like that, with a wall filled with recycled objects and sustainable ideas. I took a picture of two of them that caught my eye, and thought I would share them. The first is of a recycled basketball that was used as a water bucket. The second picture is of a kid’s pistol toy made out of completely recycled materials. There’s more information under the pictures.
