Tarea:  CHAPTER 5 TEST THURSDAY

  • Make sure you know the chapter 5 vocabulary- both lists, all the verbs on the list and that your workbook is complete
  • Use your notes from class today to review:
  • chores
  • family members
  • stem change verbs
  • parts of the house and parts of a room
  • ¿Cómo + ser ?  is asking you to describe, ex.  ¿Cómo es tu casa?  Mi casa es bonita.
  • Possessive adjectives on p.  52
  • Prepositions p.58
  • Negatives p. 59
  • Me, te,le, nos, os,les with verbs like gustar- Me toca limpiar el baño.  ¡Me parece injusto¡
  • for the oral parts, know how to invite someone (Quieres + verb); describe someone (Mi madre  es bonita); chores (on vocab list & notes from today); describe the house (la casa es grande); say where you live (Vivo en la calle 23, número 315)

  • Study the grammar boxes on pp. 58, 59 & 60- all the new vocabulary for prepositions, rooms of a house and how to say to take turns and how something seems to you (toca/tocan and parece/parecen with me, te, le, nos, os, les)

  1. Lean el párrafo y contesten las preguntas en frases completas/ read the paragraph on ex. 19, p. 57 & answer questions in complete sentences
  2. Estudien el nuevo vocabulario – las preposiciones y los negativos/ study the new vocabulary- prepositions (delante de/detrás de etc ) & negatives (siempre/nunca, etc)
