Come Visit Us This Week!

We are so excited for you to visit the classroom this week. The days to come in are Tuesday – Friday from 8:30 – 8:45 each morning.

You can come any or all of the days to check out what’s going on these days in 4th grade.

Some things to look for –

Our Underground Railroad Historical Fiction. Some are on the bulletin board outside the classroom and some are in the classroom.

The research the students did for the Underground Railroad project.

Ask your child about our new math unit!

Or maybe play Guess My Rule or check out some Power Polygons.

Or if nothing else, marvel at some really organized desks.

As we return to school, we wanted to share with you some miscellaneous photos and videos from the last few months.

In the following slideshow and video, you will see students:

  • playing with their Kindergarten buddies
  • at work in writing, math, science, and music
  • sharing farm articles with family
  • welcoming special guests (both human and piglet)
  • visiting Plymouth Church, the New York Times, the Schomburg Center, and Weeksville

Enjoy and happy new year!
