Homework due Tuesday in class. Create a chart that you will use to record the weather over a 7 day period.

Remember to include the following indicators: Temperature (average, high & low), Precipitation, Humidity, Cloud type and cover, Visibility, Wind Speed and Direction, Time weather is recorded, Place of recording, and any other indicators that you believe would be helpful when describing the weather.

We will use these charts to record and then predict the weather for the upcoming months.

You are to also come up with a scale for each indicator and a way of finding this information. In other words, how will you find the levels and how will you translate that information.

Hint: check out some weather forecasts in the paper, on the TV, radio, computer ect…

Finish using reflection and rotation to create the pinwheel pattern from the triangle we made in class.  Remember, you can use midpoints as points of reflection also - this is very helpful!

1.17.08 7th Seminar

Finish finding which combinations of rotations and reflections are equivalent.  You should have two possibilities for each of the eight sections.  (Do not include R360 - it works for all of them, of course)

Create and print 2 dihedral patterns made from the “HW sample” document in my folder in Class Shared - 7th Seminar
