In Peru, I tried a new food called cuy. It took me a few minutes to get past the fact that I’m eating a guinea pig. On the first bite, it was very spicy. When I say spicy I mean full of flavor. You could taste a swirl of spices all at the same time. I decided not to go for a second bite. So to this day I can’t really tell if I like it. I can say one thing for sure, it was an adventure.
