This break I learned that the cabs with the lights on are free are cabs without occupants. I was under the impression that the just waved your hands in the air until you caught a cab. This got me to the places I wanted to go a lot faster. This was quite the hefty endeavor. I took multiple cabs this break. My break was lots of fun.
