French City Advertisement

In french class we made an advertisement on a city we chose. During this project I’ve learned new vocabulary and was able to review new vocabulary. I learned more about how to say “If you like.” Because in my advertisement I would say that a lot. I enjoyed this project because I was able to tell others about a place that I really enjoy to go to!

Ir verb sentences

In french class we learned verbs with the ending ir and made sentences using those verbs.

Le Jour des Toussaints

In French we took Halloween characters and wrote a little description about them. Using adjectives like il est courte, or elle est grand. Which means he is short and she is big. We also described the costumes like saying le costume est rouge et noir. Which means the costume is red and black. We used the Halloween characters from the quizlet set like le monstre, which means the monster. ☀️☀️

French Food Project

In french we had a homework assignment to take a picture of four meals/snacks that we ate during the weekend. For each picture we had to say what the food was, and describe them. The structure of the sentence was to say Il y a… and Je mange… A few weeks ago we started on a food unit, so this was one of our first mini projects we did with food.

 

 

Il y a les bretzels. Je manges les bretzels, et il y a les pommes. Les bretzels est sale.

Il y a du poulet et le riz. Je manges poulet et IMG_1631riz et les frites. Il est mon diner. (Je manges au restaurant. Le poulet est delicieux.

 

 

 

 

Il y a la salade. Je manges la salade avec les fruits. La salade estbonne.

Je prefer le poulet parce que il y a beaucoup de differente nourriture et le poulet est tres delicieux!

Dream House Project

A few days ago we had a homework assignment to find pictures of a dream house and describe each room. It was fun finding pictures of an amazing house, but it was a little hard finding a house with every room that Sharyn said had to be in the house. But when I saw everyone else, they had different pictures of every room, and I thought Why didn’t I think of that! But I did end up editing pictures into the picture. It was a little hard writing sentences about each room, because we had to use a different non B.A.G.S adjective for each sentence. B.A.G.S adjectives are different adjectives because you have to change the conjugation based on the word before it.  But overall the project was fun! Right below are the sentences I made for the rooms in the dream house.

1448985974787.1In french class we made a few sentences about what we do in school. Some were what we like to do, or what we didn’t like to do in school. We also had to write why and because. For example, one sentence I wrote was. J’ecoute la musique. Which means, I listen to music. I listen to music in music class, so I wrote that sentence. We also had to write about what we watch, when we leave, eat, study and study.

French Halloween Project

These are sentences for describing this picture. It was fun drawing all the pictures and describing them in french. I learned/reviewed all the Halloween vocabulary. It was fun drawing the pictures because we could make it any way we wanted to, but with all the Halloween objects in the picture.

La citrouille est grande.

Elle reste a la maison.

La lune est bleue.

Elle voyage.

Les sorcieres sont mauvaises.
