This is my tessellation. I made this in Math class and I thought it was really fun. It was really hard though because we had to make all the shapes before we could put them together to make a tessellation. We had to use parallel lines and the rotate tool on a program called Geometer Sketch Pad.

My Polygon Venn Diagram
This is my polygon venn diagram. We made venn diagrams of a bunch of different polygons in math class. It was kind of hard because we had to think about how everything overlaps.

Spaceship Earth
This is my spaceship Earth. Spaceship Earth is a project that I did in science. Basically we portended that we were making a spaceship that was going to be in space for twenty years. There is one catch we couldn’t bring twenty years worth of anything on board.
The picture on the left is the place where all the things the crew cabin needs such as Oxygen, Food, and Water. It contains a garden, a green house, a water filter room, a compost room, a cricket farm (for food), a cow pen, and a pig pen.
The green house is the cycle of Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide. The water filter room is the cycle of liquid waste or grey water and clean water. The way it works is the dirty water evaporates and sticks to the top then it goes into the bucket. This cleans the water because only water can evaporate. The compost room is where we put our solid waste and it will turn into good soil. The rest of this floor is food.
The crew cabin isn’t on my 22emmad@lrei.org account because I made a new account and didn’t think I made a new account for fun and decided I liked that crew cabin better then the one on my lrei account. In my crew cabin there is a poop with a bar and a grill. It also has three bathrooms. It has two rooms each contain four beds. Then there is a master bedroom which will be where I will stay. There is also a gym and a movie theater. The kitchen is in the same room as the table and the living area. I think the crew will really like living here for twenty years.

Four Things I Hate About Living In NYC
1) I hate when tourists take up the whole sidewalk and stop especially when you’re running late.
2) I hate when people smoke because it is bad for them and everybody else that breaths the bad air.
3) I hate stepping in poo, gum, and garbage every time I go outside.
4) I hate when people go into the subway train before you can get out even when you’re saying excuse me.
A Christmas Surprise
Hinges move and footsteps come out of the room next door. Then I see a big shadow. It it my grandpa. I hear footsteps going towards the front door. It opens and and then closes. The footsteps get quieter and quieter. Then my eyes close again and I don’t get up again for a while. When I do I hear crackles that sound like they are coming from the stove. The crackles sound like perfect breakfast. Then my eyes close again. This time waking up isn’t so peaceful. Beep, Beep, Weo, Weo, Beep, Weo. My mom reaches over and picks me up. She opens the front door and runs. When we reach the bottom, sirens hurt everyone’s ears. Firemen are running in and out of the “burning building”. When they all come out of the building they say “Someone made the smoke alarm go off by cooking eggs. My mom looked down at me. Grandpa slowly made his way over to the firemen. “Woops!” he said. Everybody looked mad. I looked over at my mom’s watch it said 7:00 A.M. The date said December 25th. That was a bad Christmas for everybody in the building.
