Today(2/18/16) in guilds, we cooked regular chicken with white carrots, onions, thyme and lemon.  We put the chicken, inside a crock-pot, sprinkled a little spice and then, poured water around it.  It will take 6 hours to cook and then it will be done!  The reason we are doing this, is because I am in the Butcher, Baker and Candlestick maker guild.  We are doing this because project, because, it is important to our knowledge of the medieval era in Europe and the Middle East.
