During Week 4 I spent a lot of my time creating my first monologue/figuring out what it means to create a piece of theater from transcripts. I took two of the transcripts I thought were most interesting and printed them and then cut them into little pieces. To give myself a place to start I labeled the transcripts by theme and then sorted (above is a picture).

By sorting the transcript by theme when I went to create a “scene” I had less words to work through and everything was already unified in some way.
