Something I wanted my character to be interested in was photography, since I originally wanted to do photography as my senior project but had to change it because of the quarantine. I really wanted to take advantage of the situation the world is in right now, and capture the city in a light that it’s never been in before. I decided to take photos of places that are completely different now than they usually are. For instance, my neighborhood during a weekend afternoon, which is now completely empty:

Some of these photos (and similar ones) will be inserted into the letters that me and Anna send back and forth to show her character how New York is fairing during the pandemic.
